Rescheduling Policy

We understand that unexpected events occasionally happen in everyone’s life. In our effort to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policy is honored:

You may reschedule your appointment booked online up until 24 hours beforehand. Keep in mind that your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If your reserved time will not work for any reason, please call 402-713-5288 at least  24 hours in advance or rebook online at least 24 hours in advance. Because late cancellations and no-shows prevent other clients from being able to book prime service hours, we appreciate your consideration in honoring our rescheduling policy.

No-Shows & Late
Cancellations

Should you forget or forgo your appointment for whatever reason, it will be considered a “no-show”. Any cancellation is considered late if not received at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. Clients who “no-show” or make late cancellations will incur a 50% fee of the service that was scheduled.

More than two “no-shows” in 1 year will result in your account being frozen for a full calendar year.

Late
Arrivals

If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending on how late you arrive, your practitioner will determine if there is enough time to deliver your treatment. You will be responsible for paying the cost of the entire treatment.
